Anne Scully, part of Archways basis.point Initiative team recently qualified as a KiVa Anti-Bullying Programme trainer at the University of Turku in Finland.

At the end of September, the University of Turku was  filled with lively international discussion, as teachers and trainers from five countries gathered to learn about the KiVa Anti-Bullying Programme. 11 new trainers from Ireland, Latvia, Belgium, Germany, and Peru participated in the week-long training, including Anne.

Anne (second from right in the picture above) will support the ongoing rollout of the programme in Irish primary schools thanks to funding from basis.point and the RTE Toy Show Appeal managed by the Community Foundation Ireland.
