We would like to thank everyone who engaged with our programmes or supported us in any way and we look forward to developing those relationships further.

Chairperson of Archways, John Curran, referenced the following highlights from 2023 in the report:

  • We continued to deliver on our Strategic Plan 2021 – 2025, with the supporting Implementation Plans for each of its eight Strategic Goals, updated to cover 2024/2025.
  • We successfully extended the Systemic Family Support Programme for a further three years.
  • We continued delivery of the Families First service across three Tusla areas.
  • We commenced the HSE funded pilot project of the Changing Lives Initiative in Louth and Meath.
  • We introduced a 3% Cost of Living salary increase effective from the 1st January.
  • We published our 2022 Annual Report in July.
  • We introduced a new Performance Review process, and it is now fully operational.
  • We commenced, in conjunction with the landlord, an extensive refurb of the Clondalkin office.
  • We reinstated a research team in Archways.
  • We consolidated the staff team with the lowest turnover in several years.
