Congratulations to our incredible team member Kerry Noble. Kerry has recently received her accreditation certificate as an Incredible Years Group Leader.
Since joining the Changing Lives Initiative team in January 2023, Kerry has delivered seven very successful ADHD focused 20-week Incredible Years Parent Programmes and is currently delivering a further two programmes. Kerry is also involved in organising and delivering our Parent ADHD Information and Awareness Workshops, which helps inform parents about the signs and symptoms of ADHD in children.
Kerry’s commitment to her work is unmeasurable. She is enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated to help others. She is also lots of fun to be around and has a smile that would brighten any dull day.
Kerry delivers her programmes with total professionalism and engages parents in a way that makes them feel comfortable in a group setting. She ensures that parents meet their goals and supports them throughout this process. Kerry has shown her commitment to providing a quality service to parents through her determination to become accredited in the Incredible Years Programme.
This is a wonderful achievement in such a short time. The Changing Lives Initiative team and indeed the wider Archways team are so proud of you Kerry.
